Consideration of Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Increase
The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Huachuca City, Arizona, may hold one or more public hearings to consider the adoption of a Town Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Increase, pursuant to A.R.S. Sections 9-499.15 and 42-6052.
The Mayor and Town Council may take action on the proposal at a public hearing held not less than sixty (60) days after the posting of this notice at the Town Hall Council Chambers located at
500 N. Gonzales Blvd., Huachuca City, Arizona 85616.
