The Town of Huachuca City is pleased to welcome our new Town Manager, Philip Cushman. Mr. Cushman assumed the position on April 13th. As Town Manager, Mr. Cushman is responsible for coordinating Town Staff to accomplish Town Council’s policy objectives and financial goals. He is also assuming the duties of Economic Development and is very interested in hearing ideas from residents and business owners on how we can get the businesses re-opened on Huachuca Boulevard.
