Back To School Fair and National Night Out

The Huachuca City Public Library will host our annual back-to-school fair on Wednesday, August 1st from 5-7 pm. This free event is open to children living in or attending a school in the Tombstone School District. Please note: You must sign up for supplies prior to August 1st. Sign up forms are available at the library. The Huachuca City Police Department will hold their National Night Out in conjunction with the Back-To-School Fair. They will have activities and displays in the parking area outside of the library. Come with the whole family–pick up some school supplies, meet local law enforcement, check out a firetruck, and meet Smokey the Bear! You can even have an ice cream sundae courtesy of Huachuca City Parks and Recreation. Their Ice Cream Social will be held from 4-7 pm at the Huachuca City Senior Center. This event was made possible by donations from local businesses as well as assistance from Southwest Gas, Northern Pipeline, the George Prioleau Masonic Lodge, and the Condon Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. We extend our utmost gratitude to all our sponsors! We couldn’t do it without you!
