In honor of Black History Month the Huachuca City Public Library’s Spotlight on Speakers Program welcomes Sergeant Major (Ret.) Charles Hancock. On Thursday, February 21st at 10:00 am, Mr. Hancock, President of the Southwest Association of Buffalo Soldiers, will give a presentation on the role of African Americans in times of war from the Revolutionary War to the current War on Terror.
