Public Notice

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Town of Huachuca City may consider modifying fees, rates, or charges. The Mayor and City Council will hold a series of public work sessions starting at 6:00 PM on Thursday June 5, 2025, and a public hearing on July 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at 500 N. Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ 85616, to discuss the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget and property tax levy.

In fiscal year 2025-26, revenue from the Primary Tax Levy is estimated to fund approximately 3% of all General Fund expenditures, including General Administration, Public Safety, Parks and Recreation and other governmental activities.

User fees and charges are estimated to fund Water, Wastewater, and Landfill services. Rate modifications for these services may be discussed as part of the budgetary process, but separate and independent approval from the Mayor and City Council is required to implement any changes.

Copies of the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Tentative Budget will be available at City Hall, 500 N Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ. 85616 after June 30th, 2025.
