NOTICE OF PROPOSED TOWN FACILITY FEE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHMENT

The Town Council will consider establishing a new Town Facility Fee Schedule at its meeting on _April 26th____, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at Town Hall located at 500 N. Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ. The Facility Fee Schedule proposals will be as follows:

This proposed increase is authorized by A.R.S. section 9-499.15, and the Town’s Code Chapter 10.30. Addition information concerning this proposal is also available on the homepage of the Town’s website.

Schedule of Town of Huachuca City Dump Truck Rental Fee Increases

The Town of Huachuca City, Arizona, is proposing to increase its dump truck rental fees as follows:
• Increase the town dump truck rental fee from $20 per weekend to $30 per day, or $50 per weekend plus a $30 per ton deposit (3 ton maximum) with the remainder of deposit to be repaid the following week.
These proposed Landfill fee increases will be considered by Huachuca City Town Council on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at Town Hall located at 500 N. Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ.

If approved, these changes would go into effect on June 1, 2018.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DUMPTRUCK FEE INCREASES

The Town Council will consider increasing its dump truck rental fees at its meeting on _April 26th____, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at Town Hall located at 500 N. Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ. The increase proposals will be as follows:
• Increase the town dump truck rental fee from $20 per weekend to $30 per day, or $50 per weekend, plus a $30 per ton deposit (3 ton maximum) with the remainder of deposit to be repaid the following week.

This proposed increase is authorized by A.R.S. section 49-742, and Town’s Code section 8.05.040 (C). Addition information concerning this proposal is also available on the homepage of the Town’s website.

Huachuca City Dump Truck Rental Fee Increases Support Data

The Town of Huachuca City, Arizona, is very low on its Dump Truck rental fees. Currently, Huachuca City charges $20 rental fee for the dump truck rental for a weekend, with capacity up to 3 tons.
Competitor dump truck rental fees are from $75-$100 per hour when available. The Town is currently losing money on truck rentals as well as wear and tear to the town vehicle. To amend these issues, the Town of Huachuca City would propose:
• Increase the town dump truck rental fee from $20 per weekend to $30 per day, or $50 per weekend, plus a $30 per ton deposit (3 ton maximum) with the remainder of deposit to be repaid the following week.
These proposed dump truck rental fee increases will be considered by Huachuca City Town Council on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at Town Hall located at 500 N. Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ.

Schedule of Town of Huachuca City Proposed Landfill Fee Increases

The Town of Huachuca City, Arizona is proposing to increase its landfill fees as follows:
• Increase the commercial per ton fee from $48.00 to $56.00.
• The residential vehicle fee will remain at $10.00 up to 360 pounds of trash. However, over 360 pounds will be charged $56 per ton.
• Increase the dead animals-livestock fee from $48.00 to $56.00 per ton.
• Increase the charge accounts fee from $48.00 to $56.00 per ton.

These proposed Landfill fee increases will be considered by Huachuca City Town Council on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at Town Hall located at 500 N. Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ.
If approved, these changes would go into effect immediately.
