The Huachuca City Public Library is one step closer to providing high-quality internet service to its patrons. The library has accepted a provisional bid to bring in leased-lit fiber and filed for federal and state funding through the FCC’s E-Rate program and Arizona State Broadband Initiative to pay for it. If funded, the upgrade will provide a 500 Mbps internet connection to the library. Such speed would have a tremendous positive impact, greatly improving and expanding digital services at the library.
Mediterranean Cuisine Comes to You! Classes Start April 6th at 10 am.
A 4-week series exploring the benefits of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Each class offers: food demos or hands-on food preparation with recipes, lessons on the Mediterranean lifestyle, useful cooking tips, food tastings and more. Get the tools you need to have a healthier lifestyle–deliciously! Classes are scheduled for April 6th, April 13th, April 20th and April 27th from 10 am -12 pm at the Huachuca City Public Library.

Huachuca City Planning & Zoning will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 7:00PM. All are welcome to attend.
Town-Wide Yard Sale Sat, May 5th, 7 am – 1 pm
Please join us! Huachuca City Parks and Recreation is sponsoring a town-wide yard sale. To participate, you may hold a sale at your home within Huachuca City. No registration fee required. Or you may pay a $10 fee to reserve a space in Leffinger Park–the park next to the library. Please note: reserving a space in the park does not guarantee use of a picnic table/shelter. Picnic tables and shelters are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Registration forms may be found here yard sale or you can pick one up at the library. The registration forms must be turned in by Friday, April 20th. If you want to shop, maps with address listings will be available at Town Hall and the Library on Tuesday, April 24th. For more information, call 456-1063.
