Huachuca City Magistrate Court Payment Methods and Policies

Payments are taken:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9:00AM – 4:00PM

Tuesday from 1:00pm – 4:00PM

Court is located inside of City Hall at:

500 N Gonzales Blvd
Huachuca City, AZ 85616

Payments are accepted in Cash, Money Order, Check, Visa, Discover or Mastercard.

Credit card payments can be made by calling 520-456-1080

Payments may also be made at www.azcourtpay.com or PayNearMe. Instructions can be found on the AZCourtPay website.

The court will not accept unrolled pennies in any amount over $0.50 and will not accept unrolled coins of any denomination over $5.00. Up to $20.00 in rolled coins any denomination is accepted, provided the case name and number is written on each roll.

Personal or Business Checks are not accepted for reinstatement of Suspended Driver’s License, Vehicle Registrations or Bonds

A receipt will be issued for every payment made in person.

When you make a payment, keep your receipt as proof of payment.

There is a $25.00 city charge and a $17.00 court charge for checks returned by the bank.

There is a $17.00 court charge for credit and debit card chargebacks.
