What They Do
Responsibilities
The Town Clerk’s Office, located in Town Hall, is responsible for collecting revenue, assisting businesses in obtaining business licenses, maintaining public records in partnership with other departments, oversees the Town’s election process, acts as official recorders of all meetings and work sessions, and more as defined by Town Code.
Official Notices
The Town’s official bulletin board for posting notices is located in front of Town Hall at 500 Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, Arizona. Notices are viewable 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Notices are also posted on the bulletin boards of the Huachuca City Public Library and the Huachuca City Post Office. Please be advised that only the Town’s official bulletin board may be relied on for official posting under Open Meeting Law.

Public Records Requests
All requests for public information will be sent to the Town Clerk who will provide the required guidance and information to the requestor, to include the proper form to utilize when making their request. All requests will be handed in-writing to ensure clarity and understanding by all parties involved.
